RETURN POLICY
Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Averra Melbourne, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned with all original parts, tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- The product shows only normal handling and has not been damaged through improper use.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be returned clean, unworn, and unused.
- Any defects or damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To request a return, please email info@averra-melbourne.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo (if the item is damaged or defective)
- Customer full name
- Customer address
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address along with detailed return instructions.
Do not send returns without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the purchase was made for personal, non-commercial use.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
As we operate an automated fulfillment process, orders are typically processed shortly after being placed. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible until the order has been delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Averra Melbourne by email. The withdrawal process is completed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

SHIPMENTS ALREADY IN TRANSIT
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until delivery and then initiate a return request.
You may notify us of your intention to return the item in advance to help expedite the process.
To ensure faster processing, please provide shipping confirmation or tracking information once your return has been shipped.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
